Common Questions

Do you book appointments or speak to doctors on my behalf?

No. We help you prepare, understand your options, and navigate the system with confidence. You remain in control of all appointments and communication with healthcare providers.

Can I upgrade my package later?

Yes. Many clients begin with Healthcare Orientation and upgrade if their needs become more complex.

Is this medical advice?

No. We do not provide medical advice or diagnoses. Our role is to explain how healthcare systems work and help you prepare for care.

What if I don’t know which package I need?

That’s exactly what the free consult is for. We’ll talk through your situation and recommend a level of support — there’s no obligation to proceed.

I’m healthy — do I really need support?

Many healthy clients still find value in understanding how healthcare works before they need it. Others choose a one-time orientation or annual review for peace of mind.

Do you help LGBTQ+ clients find affirming care?

Yes. We take inclusivity seriously and provide guidance tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.

Do you help with insurance?

We provide guidance on understanding healthcare insurance options and how they relate to your care, but we do not sell insurance or act as brokers.

What happens after my support period ends?

You’ll receive a written summary and next-step guidance. Many clients return for an Annual Healthcare Review or additional sessions as needed.

Is ongoing support required?

No. Some clients prefer one-time guidance, while others value long-term support. You can choose what fits you best.
